Industrial Machining
We have processes from on-chip removal with machines such as a drill, endless saw, lathe, and conventional and CNC mill. We are capable of grinding both internal and external cylinders, and grinding of flat surfaces; We also have electrical discharge machining (EDM) such as penetration electro-eroded, micro-perforated, and wire-cutting. All of this is accompanied by software for the preparation of engineering plans, used to approve fabrication.
Mold making
We carry out the manufacture of molds for injection, compression, extrusion, blowing and thermoforming of plastic parts according to the needs of each client, and according to the design supplied by him; with the possibility of providing advice on this concept. Regarding the manufacture of molds for metal injection, we always start from the designs delivered by the client.

We have sufficient infrastructure to make dies for forming, punching, drawing or cutting metal parts required by customers; simple or progressive.

Parts Recovery
Metallization
Through this process, we recover the work surfaces in parts, tools, and equipment that are subjected to both adhesive and erosive wear; caused by their own mechanisms or by their work environment. CYMPLAST restores the surfaces, finishes, and dimensions of the processed parts, giving original dimensions according to the client's needs.
EDM
Penetration EDM
Through this process, we generate electric arcs between the piece and an electrode, in order to remove particles from the pieces until we are able to reproduce the customer's required part.
